Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TwinLoop websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by TwinLoop Innovation (“TwinLoop Innovation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking an “I Agree” (or similar) button, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Contents

1) Wellness tool, not medical care

The Service provides wellness and training experiences (for example, structured audio sessions, pacing guidance, and optional progress tracking). The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Not medical advice. Content provided through the Service (including any AI-guided suggestions) is for informational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have.

Emergency. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

2) Eligibility and responsible use

You must use the Service responsibly and in a safe environment. Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where reduced awareness could cause harm.

Stop using the Service immediately if you feel dizziness, discomfort, anxiety, pain, shortness of breath, or any adverse effect.

If you have a history of seizures/epilepsy, significant cardiovascular conditions, serious anxiety/panic symptoms, or implanted medical devices, consult a clinician before using paced breathing programs or audio-based entrainment content.

Age. The Service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian (to the extent permitted by law).

3) Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4) Optional blood pressure (BP) entries

The Service may allow you to enter blood pressure readings and related context before/after sessions to help you track progress and personalize your experience. BP entry is optional.

You are responsible for any measurements you enter, including using proper technique and devices. The Service does not verify medical accuracy and does not replace clinical measurements or clinician guidance.

TwinLoop does not interpret blood pressure values as medical advice and does not provide clinical conclusions.

5) Paid features (not currently offered in this beta)

TwinLoop may offer paid features in the future (such as subscriptions or one-time purchases). If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms at the time of purchase.

Until then, there are no fees required to use this beta version of the Service.

6) Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including introducing malware, scraping at scale, or abusing rate limits).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models/logic, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
  • Use the Service to create or distribute content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable laws.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, session logic, audio programs, UI/UX design, trademarks, logos, and text (collectively, “Content”), is owned byTwinLoop Innovation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8) User content, feedback, and submissions

User content. If you submit information, text, or other materials to the Service (for example, support messages, optional notes, or non-sensitive content), you represent that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate the rights of others.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, and you acknowledge we may develop similar features independently.

Testimonials. If you choose to allow TwinLoop to use your message as a testimonial, you grant us permission to display the message publicly along with the display name you provide (or "Anonymous"). You may request removal by contacting support@twinloop.io.

We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

9) Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, analytics, payment processors, or identity providers). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and consent to our data practices as described there.

11) Disclaimers

As-is. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes (including changes in blood pressure, sleep, stress, or performance). Results vary by individual and circumstances.

Availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwinLoop Innovation and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid us, USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TwinLoop Innovation and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.

14) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk or legal exposure for us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

15) Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be handled in the courts located in [Your State], unless applicable law provides otherwise.

16) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate or legally required, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
